Community Hub Initiative Information

DCYF and the SF Recreation and Parks Department, in partnership with community-based agencies and other City departments, have implemented the Community Hub Initiative, a Citywide, neighborhood-based strategy to support children, youth, and families during the school year.

SFBI supports and lends coordination in the implementation of the Community Hubs.
